Advertisements for marijuana and vapor products must not be targeted towards youth.
Outdoor advertising on billboard and transit advertising for these products is also prohibited. Other advertisements must be placed away from designated locations used by minors under 21 (such as playgrounds and schools).
Websites and apps directed toward youth use may not advertise vapor products.
