HB 2488: Clarifying the use of the Puget Sound taxpayer accountability account to include facilities to improve educational outcomes in early learning, K-12, and higher education

Adds language to include that counties may use distributions from the Puget Sound taxpayer accountability account only for either educational services, or facilities, or both, to improve educational outcomes in early learning, K-12, and higher education for youth that are low-income, homeless, in foster care, or other vulnerable populations.
