HB 2712 extends the elimination of the lunch co-pay from Kindergarten to 3rd grade to Kindergarten to 12th grade for students who qualify for reduced-priced lunch.
“Lunch co-pay” is defined as the amount a student who qualifies for reduced-priced lunch is charged for a reduced-price lunch.
