S 1530: Universal School Meals Program Act of 2021

This bill would provide for free breakfast, lunch, and dinner to every student without requiring proof of income. This bill would also increase reimbursement rates to school for meals, prohibit federally funded schools from denying any child lunch or breakfast based on having school meal debt, and reimburse schools for any delinquient meal debt. The bill would also make all communities eligible to participate in the Summer Food Service Program regardless of income.
