SB 5096: Concerning short-term case aides that provide temporary assistance for foster parents

Modifies the pre-requisites to provide short-term temporary relief to foster parents by requiring the person to be an employee or volunteer with a non-profit organization, in addition to having appropriate training, background checks, and other qualifications set by the Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

Extends the WA Institute for Public Policy final report on short-term case aides to June 30, 2021.
